Terms of submission: All reviews will be listed anonymously. By submitting items to Property Investor Review for inclusion in the website, the submitter grants Property Investor Review a royalty free, irrevocable license under all intellectual property rights (including copyright) to use, copy, distribute, sublicense, display, perform and prepare derivative works based on those items. The submitter warrants that the contents of the review submitted have not previously been passed to any other party and will not be passed to any other party in the future. Further the review submitter agrees to pass copyright of the submitted article to Property Investor Review. We do insist that all members sending reviews must have personally tried out the opportunity in order to pass comment. In the event of legal action ensuing where a member has lied or misled readers in their review and therefore been 'untruthful', we reserve the right to identify the individual concerned and pursue them with legal action. No affiliate links or self promotion.
